PRIVACY POLICY

SignaShot is made by SparkCrest Digital, LLC ("we"). SignaShot does not collect your data. Everything the app does happens on your device.

• SignaShot reads only the photos and videos you choose, so it can add your logo to them.
• It finds the subject of each photo on your device, using Apple's built-in tools, to decide where your logo goes.
• It saves new watermarked copies to your Photos library or shares them where you choose. Your originals are never changed.
• Your photos, videos and logos are never uploaded to us or anyone else.

Nothing. SignaShot has no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. We have no servers that receive your information.

Your saved logos and settings are stored inside the app on your device. If you use the Share shortcut, it reads the same saved logos and settings from your device. Deleting the app deletes them.

Watermarked copies keep the photo information from the original unless you turn it off. Premium export options let you remove the location, or all photo information, from the copies you save.

Subscriptions and free trials are handled by Apple through your Apple Account. We don't receive your name, email or payment details. The app only checks with Apple which plan you have, so it can unlock its features.

• Photos: to read the items you pick and to save watermarked copies to an album.
• You can change this anytime in your device's Settings.

SignaShot is not directed at children and collects no information from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
