Salvik offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Available plans may include Basic at $5.99 per month, Standard at $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year, and Premium at $14.99 per month or $129.99 per year. The price displayed in the purchase screen and Apple confirmation sheet is the price that applies to your purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone or iPad Settings under your Apple Account’s Subscriptions section. Canceling stops future renewal and does not remove access already paid for through the end of the current period. Restore Purchases can restore eligible purchases tied to your Apple Account. Apple handles billing and refund requests.

Salvik provides general preparedness information and organizational tools. It is not official emergency instruction, emergency dispatch, medical advice, legal advice, insurance advice, law-enforcement guidance, fire-safety certification, or professional emergency-management advice.

During an active emergency, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency number when there is immediate danger, injury, fire, crime, a medical emergency, or another life-threatening condition. Follow current directions from authorized public-safety officials. Official alerts, evacuation orders, shelter orders, road closures, and emergency instructions override general app guidance.

Emergencies are unpredictable and conditions can change quickly. Salvik cannot guarantee that a checklist, readiness score, route, inventory, document record, AI-generated plan, export, or suggestion will prevent injury, death, loss, delay, damage, claim denial, or other harm.

AI output is draft planning support only. Verify important decisions with official sources, local conditions, qualified professionals, and public-safety authorities. Salvik may summarize or link to public guidance, but does not guarantee that third-party information is current, complete, or applicable to every situation.

Saved addresses, coordinates, and route notes may remain available for reference. Salvik does not provide downloadable offline map tiles. Map tiles and live navigation require Apple Maps availability or a region downloaded separately in Apple Maps. Internet, device, Apple, AI-provider, and other third-party services may be unavailable or interrupted.

Salvik can help document property, receipts, serial numbers, photos, locations, values, and damage status. It does not guarantee claim approval, replacement value, reimbursement, documentation sufficiency, or acceptance by an insurer. Confirm requirements with your insurance provider.

You are responsible for keeping supplies, medications, contacts, documents, and route information current; protecting sensitive information; maintaining backups; checking expiration and maintenance schedules; and making decisions based on real-time conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SparkCrest Digital, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from reliance on Salvik, inability to access it, user-entered errors, third-party services, emergency decisions, property loss, or insurance outcomes. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

We may update these terms when Salvik changes. Your use of the iOS or iPadOS app is also subject to Apple’s applicable platform and licensed-application terms.
